He founded the company in 1996 specializing in property development. Concentrating in the Northern state of Penang, Kedah and Perak. He has been in the property industry for more than 20 years and has gained strong reputation of delivering quality products as promised. His indefinite vision of building homes that meet the highest standard of expectation has been the company's principle direction since formation.

(Executive Director / Marketing)

She has been with the company's Board of Directors since the year 2001 and has been the pillar of strength for the company spearheading the Sales and Marketing department. She has achieved wide experience and attained high credential in the building industry.
